• Responsible for complex services and Multi millions tendering responses (direct invitation, via Sales, or public tenders) in Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates for IT Infrastructure Solutions and outsourcing services within time and budget.
• Submitting a completed Compliance/Responsiveness bid to a prospective client on time, within accurate costing and quality.
• Chairing Bid Kick off meetings and planning sessions for bid qualification process.
• Work closely with the Sales Team in understanding and assessing customer’s requirements, qualifying the opportunity, positioning solutions, and setting a winning strategy.
• Risk Analysis completion before the submission (Technical Risks, Financial Risks, Implementation & Project management Risks) and minimize the risks if possible.
• Preparing Prices comparisons and competition analysis, with sound commercial, and P&L
• Offer Time Planning and responsibilities distributions to the Core/Virtual subject matter experts’ team across departments/region to ensure the submission within the given timeline
• Ensure that all team members have clear understanding of their individual roles, key milestones, and deliverables. Build in adequate time for review and preparation sessions with key stakeholders
• Work closely with the Project Operations Team at awarding phase.
• Assisting customers in developing and writing generic Proposal materials/RFPs
• Supporting the customer building their year over year budgets and plans.
• Align with the Sales team to understand the customer requirements and provide turnkey IT solutions.
• Manage HP vendor relationship in terms of Partnership level and sales targets.
• Generate new accounts and opportunities
• Establish close client long term relationships, evaluate product strategies, promote new products, maintain client service and satisfaction, and monitor sales performance
• Develop and manage promotional activities aimed at enhancing product awareness.
• Develop marketing and sales strategy for new product releases.
• Conduct Sales meeting to review the pipelines and assist them in closing opportunities through assessment and competitive positioning.
• Managing certain accounts.
• Architect the complete Data Center portfolio solutions according to market best practices.
• Respond to customer RFPs and RFQs.
• To make proactive sales calls with the aim of up selling the products in stock whilst also educating the customers on the entire product ranges that we carry.
• Work closely with sales team to solve any issues of outstanding shipments.
• To monitor product stock ageing reports on a regular basis.
