I am assigned to manage 24 High Voltage Substations Projects in different stages that are distributed in Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, Madinah and Tabuk with approximate total amount of 2.3 Billion Saudi Riyals

Key Responsibilities
Managing of HV Substation Projects which include and not limited of the following:
1- Participate with Tender Department for any new tender to deliver the actual data and challenges for similar projects.
2- Determine and brief the scope of work required in the contract with the approximate budget.
3- Determine and brief the legal, commercial and financial terms and conditions in the contract.
4- Ensure complying legal, financial requirements as per contract.
5- Prepare the financial budget and the resources plan needed to achieve such project.
6- Hire or assign the project team.
7- Participate with project team to prepare project work time plan, quality control/quality assurance plan, HSE program and project cash flow.
8- Coordinate with internal department to startup working in the project with presenting the scope required from each.
9- Participate with Project team to Segregate the project scope to sub scopes and start contracting with specialist suppliers, agencies and subcontractors for each.
10- Set monthly targets for project team which related to cash flow, Progress depending on the time plan.
11- Ensure periodical reporting from Project Team highlighting the level of commitment to the agreed targets.
12- Ensure contacting CLIENT with official letters and avoiding verbal communication to save the actual status during project execution by Project Team and follow up for confirming.
13- Ensure committing of all related suppliers, subcontractors, agencies and project team to the acceptable level of quality and safety.
14- Set Periodical meeting for discussing and improving the systematic procedures of the work.
15- Follow up and assess the subordinates performance constantly during the year.
16- Highlighting the risk and obstacles that may be faced on earlier time to the concerned to solve it and avoid any negative affect on project.

5- Review and approve the proposed invoices forecast during the project period.
6- Follow up with Contractor to commit with the time plan.
7- Facilitate providing the support from the internal departments during the execution on time.
8- Follow up with internal departments to expedite releasing the payments of contractor invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.
9- Periodical Reporting to the concerned management.
10- highlighting the risk and obstacles that may be faced on earlier time to the concerned management to solve it and avoid any delay.
11- maintain the official correspondences with all concerned during execution to save the project history if needed.
