• Responsible for managing, coordinating and administrating what is considered complex and multifunction projects.
• Handling all functional areas of the project from conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, and initial operations.
• Responsible for the direction and performance of all design, procurement and construction operations of the project to ensure the work is performed in conformance with the project objectives and requirements.
• Lead and manage the Engineering Manager, the Procurement Manager and the Construction Project Manager in effectively delivering the project.

• Developing and implementing business performance evaluation and control systems using the appropriate frameworks.
• Preparing the strategic plans and business development programs for the company.
• Providing creative business solutions with the objective of increasing revenues and enhancing profitability.
• Establishing product portfolio and pricing strategy.
• Preparing feasibility study, budgeting, and project management for new products development issues.
• Solely in charge of all manufacturing activities (3 factories) and after sales maintenance activities (40 engineers covering whole Egypt).
• Responsible for all business development activities.
• Created Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators for production and maintenance departments.
• Continually promoted for my dedication, commitment and superior performance (from planning engineer to production manager to works manager).
• Reporting to General Manager and heading a factory consists of three departments, engineering, production and technical with overall charge of 104 people.
• Successfully participated not only business start-up (machines and facility installation), but also periods of rapid and sustained company growth.
• Expanded the production operation from 2 to 4 shifts, and manufacturing output from 6m LE /year to LE 48m LE/year.
• Actively led a project team that allowed the company to establish its quality assurance system and obtain ISO 9002 certificate from BSI.
Created preventive and predictive maintenance environment.
Deputized maintenance manager and supervised a group of 30 technicians.
 Assisted in several short training courses (as co-instructor) in the area of automatic control ‎‎technology for engineers in industry.‎
 Participated in several consultancy projects, mainly for steel and food industries. ‎

1995-2000 MSc of Engineering in Electrical Power and Machines. Thesis title: "Implementation of Total Quality Techniques in Cable Making Industry" The thesis practically proved that implementation of total quality techniques can produce outstanding results in industrial applications.
