• Responsible for managing, coordinating and administrating what is considered complex and multifunction projects.
• Handling all functional areas of the project from conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, and initial operations.

• Reporting to General Manager and heading a factory consists of three departments, engineering, production and technical with overall charge of 104 people.
• Successfully participated not only business start-up (machines and facility installation), but also periods of rapid and sustained company growth.
• Expanded the production operation from 2 to 4 shifts, and manufacturing output from 6m LE /year to LE 48m LE/year.
• Actively led a project team that allowed the company to establish its quality assurance system and obtain ISO 9002 certificate from BSI.
Created preventive and predictive maintenance environment.
Deputized maintenance manager and supervised a group of 30 technicians.
 Assisted in several short training courses (as co-instructor) in the area of automatic control ‎‎technology for engineers in industry.‎

Thesis title: "Implementation of Total Quality Techniques in Cable Making Industry" The thesis practically proved that implementation of total quality techniques can produce outstanding results in industrial applications.
