As a Project Engineer, responsible for managing a multi disciplines in-house design team including the preparation of a project master plan. Managed the in-house team members to insure the work is completed on schedule, within budget and with expected quality.

Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer, responsible for the schedule, budget and quality of the design deliverables including but limited to defining the alternatives for rough grading of the area, assisting the consultant in designing different infrastructure utilities such as drainage, sewers and potable water networks, participating in design workshops, value engineering workshops, obtaining third parties approvals, meetings with third parties, closing the design review comments, preparing presentations to stakeholders and Royal Commission management.

Responsibilities:
As a Design Engineer, prepared the base map, potable water network, sanitary waste water network, drainage network, roads plan and profile.

• Supervised a team of project managers and engineers across five engineering domains:
infrastructure, roads, buildings, utilities, and power systems.
• Led the annual planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation for engineering projects.
• Prepared project charters, Gantt charts, and WBS to manage scope, cost, and timelines effectively.
• Conducted consultant pre-qualifications, bid evaluations, and value engineering workshops.
