•Planning and managing logistics, warehouse and customer services
•Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
•Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs
•Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
•Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
•Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
•Managing entire Warehouse Operations of Raw Materials and Finished Goods (ambient, chilled and frozen products) Warehouses
•Managing receiving of Products, Put-away, Picking and dispatching of Products
•Responsibly maintaining of CDC (Central Distribution Center) stocks and distribution to other Sub Warehouses
•Responsibly maintaining the storage structure of materials in different types of storage systems such as Block Storage, Drive in Racks, Gravitational Racks, Double Deep Racks, High Level Racks, Narrow Aisle racks, etc.
•Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
•Comply with laws, regulations, HACCP, AIB (American Institute of Baking), Food Safety Standard Certification (FSSC) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements
•Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, Ageing report, stock movement report, warehouse utilization report, Returns report, transportation cost, On Time in Full OTIF, etc.,
