High Profile Government Entity - Strategic Management Office
• Led the support for the entity’s Human Capital department and developed HR support
tools for the hiring process and follow-ups and managed to reduce the hiring process
(less by three months), along with building the HR team within the entity
• Participated in the design of the operating model for the entity's secretariat, as well as the
organizational structure, interaction model, and processes.

I have worked on several projects throughout the two-year program at PwC:
• National Ministry - Transformation Program
-Managed stakeholders meetings and data requests across the ministry and the team
-Developed an issue tracker (containing 1000+ issues); linking each issue to the related
framework element and its quick win solution along with final solution suggestions
• National Military Authority - Localization Development and Framework
-Developed the Industrial Development Baseline and led related stakeholder meetings
-Developed several elements of the framework and wrote their policies (local talent
development, local supplier development, ease of doing business, governance)
• National Authority - Implementation of Post Clearance Audit
-Led the delivery of PCA targeting plan and contributed in other deliverables
-Supported in PMO activities across the project and developed PCA processes
-Managed internal and external stakeholders
I have worked through the seven months period with different accounts and clients:
• Supervised the production of ads and campaigns
• Prepared the visual content of the Saudi website
