• Optimizing Tax structure by research with the help of TTR Avalara;
• Reconciling tax liability monthly;
• Resolving any discrepancies internally if from Sales or Corporate;
• Deal with state notices and audit assessments

• File Sales and Use tax for US multiple states;
• Post correct & closing entries and record tax payments;Manage GST/HST, PST and QST filings for Canadian entities;
• Verify and validate all exempt customers certificates in Certcapture;
• Analyse Economic Nexus and initiate registration of entities in US states;
• Reconcile tax liability accounts through BLACKLINE monthly;
• Resolving and Handle all notices by communicating with departments

• Handle AP side of customers advance received as deposits;
• Update and record all payments and receipts;
• Adjsut their advances against penalties and damages;
• Begin payroll process and forward report to management for approval;
• Communicate clients regarding their deposits and adjustments into it;
• Prepare fund and sales reports as required by management.

• Prepare Financial Statements at the end of each year;
• Consolidated Accounts reporting quarterly (Textile & Hardware);
• Compute cost & pricing of a product as cost plus mark up method;
• Prepare budget of the company at commencing financial year;
• Controll & Monitor Payments;
• Cash Flow preparation as per IAS7;

• Benefits verification & processing;

• Recording of all purchases, taxes and withholdings;

• Monitor aging detail & control Supplier’s payments;
• Return filing of Sales tax & process payments of sales & Withholding tax;
