SAK is a leading company in finishing, repairing works, and firestop. I joined SAK in 2018 and have had the pleasure of working on projects such as KING ABDULAZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KAIA) and AL HARAMAIN GATE as a Project Manager, primarily overseeing Firestop, Epoxy flooring works, and repairing works.

Projects:
- Development of the eastern building for United Doctors Hospital
- Development of the old pilgrims Building
Responsibilities & Achievements:
- Managed earthwork, including removing the ground floor and backfilling to the required level
- Oversaw demolition works, including removal of internal and external walls, stairs, and parapets
- Supervised concrete works for elevators, parapets, and ground floor
- Coordinated masonry work for building external walls for all floors plus ground floor
- Managed construction of a whole floor of steel structure
- Oversaw waterproofing and damp proofing for roof and top roof
- Installed curtain walls for all facades including doors and windows
- Installed aluminum tubes for all facades
- Installed terrazzo tiles for the roof top using a level machine, metal nosing, and logos
- Manufactured and installed GRC
- Installed a whole new plumbing system for the pilgrims building and a whole new waterproofing system.

Responsibilities & Achievements:
- Painting: At the El Haramain railway bridge, I oversaw the painting process which involved preparing the surface, applying filler repair with full grinding, and applying primer and coats of paint. This delicate procedure required consistent observation and expert attention to detail.
- Block Work: At KAUST, I managed a full block work project according to American standards and specifications. We used Hordi blocks in building construction with steel bars installed horizontally in the walls at 10-inch intervals.
- Concrete Work: In the Konfida housing project, we built buildings from scratch and took over all concrete work from foundation to plaster work as part of the finishing process. I am highly capable of handling all aspects of concrete work.
- Earthwork: In the Konfida housing project, we also managed earthwork including de-watering, excavation, backfilling, anti-termite material application, and proper backfilling determined by lab testing. We also leveled the ground in preparation for foundation installation.
