 Finalize the Registration and Legalization of International Companies/ Manufacturers as per Kuwait
commercial laws.
 Visiting, Meeting and developing business collaborations and communication channels with
Concerned Ministries, local & International contactors. etc..
 Handling the Client Prequalification and Assessment of International companies\[ Commercial/Technical
and Financial aspects\]
 Conducts bid analysis and deal execution, ensuring to buy, sell and renegotiate/renew contracts with
