appointment orders, personnel details, resignation, termination reports and labour status.
• Supporting the Senior Human Resource manager in formulating and implementing
Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Performing systematic evaluation of individuals’ performance, assessing their potential
and providing appropriate job profile.
• Handling exit formalities such as employees’ counseling, issuing of relieving and
experience letters, processing full and final settlement.
• Participating in meetings with senior managers to review organizational performance
and contribute towards the organizational goal.
• Coordinating with all internal departments to ensure proper communication and
reporting practices
