DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
contacting customer and taking orders;
national and specialist publications or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign;
collecting feedback from customers;
collecting cash or cheques from customers;
arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
maintaining and updating customer databases;
sourcing and securing sponsorship;
conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
managing budgets;
monitoring competitor activity;
supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
Ensures optimal processing of fishmeal by co-ordinating raw material supplied on a weekly basis
Co-ordinating landing and quality control of sea processed meal.
Liaising with sales and shipping department on shipping of meal.
Ensure all Record sheets on are correctly maintained.
Plan the weekly shifts, according to the raw material supply and the production standards.
Ensure staff following all Health and safety procedures as per the company policy
Maintenance Management
Stock Control
Ordering of all required resources for the fishmeal plant e.g. packaging material, Machine parts, fuel etc
Personnel Management
Provide or create a good working environment by attending to personnel’s needs (problems)
Conduct hearings during disputes up to stage 3
Data Capturing
Compiling weekly production report
Ensure all production parameters are recorded and filed correctly
