● Main responsibilities as a Group Treasury Manager of AHC are;
● Responsible for developing and building a Treasury function/department for the Group.
● Identifying the funding requirements for the Group in line with the approved CAPEX plan and shareholder’s dividend requirement.
● Enhancing the capital structure of the Group by considering the optimal capital structure and risk constraints.

● Main responsibilities as a Treasury Risk Manager of Arasco are:
● Responsible for maintaining banking relationships and ensuring adequate availability of funded / non- funded facilities through local / regional debt capital markets and banks.
● Responsible to ensure adequate future financing is available and restructuring of existing funded facilities.
● Analyze investment projects, conduct valuations and financial forecasting.
● Analyze investment projects and assist in M&A related activities including both buy-side and sell-side advisory.
● Manage financial risks (liquidity risk, interest rate risk, FX risk, etc.) on real-time basis.
● Develop and execute hedging transactions, evaluate hedging positions, and prepare hedging reports.
● Evaluate financial performance of the company and suggest the sustainable debt level for the company to comply with financial covenants of lenders.
● Arrangement of working capital lines along with management and monitoring of cash flows.
● Liaising between various departments of the company to ensure smooth flow of information.
● Actively liaising with legal, technical, and financial due diligence consultants for smoothly carrying out the potential transactions.
Main responsibilities as a Director of Financial Advisory & Research Department at VFSA were:
● Supervising and monitoring Financial Advisory and Research Department team performances by ensuring team collaboration, client requirements and satisfaction
● Analyzing investment projects and M&A related activities for the Clients
● Corporate Advisory and Buy side services covering equities and alternative investments research
● Valuation of investment opportunities using different valuation approaches including asset based, comparable multiples, discounted free cash flows, residual income model etc.
● Conducting market studies for potential investment opportunities by conducting Top Down and Bottom Up research approaches and liaising with third party consultants.
