• Key Responsibilities:
o Developed projects monitoring systems and complied projects report for management in form of Dynamic KPI Dash boards by using Power BI.
o Preparing and updating EPC Detailed Baseline Schedules, Recovery Schedules & Revised Schedules of projects up-to level-4 (Resource and Cost Loaded). Establishing work break-down structure (WBS), Assigning activities codes to controls the cost and sub-contractor packages.
o Preparing resources mobilization and demobilization plan.
o Synchronized subcontractors schedule with EPC Baseline schedule, and review their update, giving feedback and ensure their implementation.
o Co-Ordinate and follow-ups with all disciplines of Engineering, Procurement and Construction stockholders to implement their agreed action plan and deadlines.
o Interfaces with clients, attending regular meetings, and providing statistical reports.
o Prepared and Agreed on budget of each BOQ items and indirect cost of project with all stakeholder to manage Cost Control.
o Preparing weekly & monthly progress reports as per agreed progress measurement system reporting format (PMIS).
o Monitored and tracked the Budget, Design, Procurement and Construction as per BL Schedule / Recovery Schedule.
o Measuring and presenting project performance by using Earned Value Management Technique.
o Maintaining record of all events which delay the project. Preparing and updating various logs for tracking.
o Delay / Extension of Time Analysis (EOT), Preparing Extension of time based on delaying events.
o Preparing Cost Claims i.e. extended period, suspension of work by client, Redo work.

o Provides input to Sr. Project Control Staff regarding staffing requirements.

Handling the role of Planner / Scheduler professional of the project for timely monitoring & reporting of the project. Furthermore, got the opportunity to know and learn the project management & controlling systems of one of the big organization of the world. Handled the following projects
1. HARADH Satellite Fields Construction, Contract No.:6600032500 (SAUDI ARAMCO)
2. BI 10-00168; SHAYBAH NGL Pipeline (Seg.1, 2, 3 total Pipeline 633 KM). (SAUDI ARAMCO)
Prepared the schedules of projects up-to level-4 project, tracking the progress of the project by preparing (Weekly, Monthly, etc) progress reports.
Tracking the Procurement as per the requirement for construction.
Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
Preparation of S-Curves for Planned Vs Achieved Targets & Presentation and analysis of slips in Targeted works
Scheduling, monitoring and reporting of the ongoing projects on Primavera P6.
Monitoring and ensuring the progress of running project according Raising invoices against Planned Progress and keeping updated status of all invoices.
Preparing the BOQ, BBS and Rough estimation of the engineering materials.
Executed Projects:
Construction of waste water treatment plant. (A project of Philip MorrisPakistan Limited)
Construction of OUTFALL Channel & Allied Infra-Structure at CHASHMA.
Prepare the bill of quantities of structural work.
Making sub-contractors bills.
To supervise construction and related works.
Making Bar Bending schedules
Worked in Planning Department and submitted the Project (assignment) which containing Planning, Scheduling and sources of multi storey building by using Primavera 3.
In the university i got the peef Scholarships,and at the end of 3rd year of Graduation i had completed my internship from Descon Enginnering Limited.
