o Developed projects monitoring systems and complied projects report for management in form of Dynamic KPI Dash boards by using Power BI.
o Preparing and updating EPC Detailed Baseline Schedules, Recovery Schedules & Revised Schedules of projects up-to level-4 (Resource and Cost Loaded). Establishing work break-down structure (WBS), Assigning activities codes to controls the cost and sub-contractor packages.
o Preparing resources mobilization and demobilization plan.
o Synchronized subcontractors schedule with EPC Baseline schedule, and review their update, giving feedback and ensure their implementation.
o Co-Ordinate and follow-ups with all disciplines of Engineering, Procurement and Construction stockholders to implement their agreed action plan and deadlines.
o Interfaces with clients, attending regular meetings, and providing statistical reports.
o Prepared and Agreed on budget of each BOQ items and indirect cost of project with all stakeholder to manage Cost Control.
o Preparing weekly & monthly progress reports as per agreed progress measurement system reporting format (PMIS).

2. BI 10-00168; SHAYBAH NGL Pipeline (Seg.1, 2, 3 total Pipeline 633 KM). (SAUDI ARAMCO)
Prepared the schedules of projects up-to level-4 project, tracking the progress of the project by preparing (Weekly, Monthly, etc) progress reports.
Tracking the Procurement as per the requirement for construction.
Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
Preparation of S-Curves for Planned Vs Achieved Targets & Presentation and analysis of slips in Targeted works
Scheduling, monitoring and reporting of the ongoing projects on Primavera P6.

Worked in Planning Department and submitted the Project (assignment) which containing Planning, Scheduling and sources of multi storey building by using Primavera 3.
In the university i got the peef Scholarships,and at the end of 3rd year of Graduation i had completed my internship from Descon Enginnering Limited.
