1. Timely deliveries/implementations for DirectFN Apps Suite: (Brokerage Management System, Asset Management System, Robo Advisor, Mobile apps and Digitalization Products).

1. Managed a portfolio of diverse projects annually from planning to completion including but not limited to: Information Security, Consumer & Commercial Financing, Insurance Claims, Business Transformation Projects, Regulatory and compliance projects, IT Implementations, and Business Process Re-engineering.
2. Defined and responsible for IT and IS policies, procedures, checklists, frameworks, project charters, and controls, and formulated IS exception policy within AlYusr.
3. Established delivery monitoring controls and governance mechanisms for IT requests, Incidents, and problems. Additionally as GRC Consultant managing and reporting IT Operational Risk Events with Root Cause analysis, Remedial, control & enhancements procedures.
4. Managed SAMA Cyber Security Framework Implementation (Phase 1-PM & Phase 2-Lead), along with CISO, deployed Alien Vault and helped integrate with existing systems in production to improve Information Security by hardening controls at system and applications level.
