As the leader of the Mobile Pod (Android, iOS, and Unity teams), I am dedicated to ensuring work-life balance and fostering career growth among team members. I organize agile ceremonies, plan and execute sprints/deliveries, and conduct one-on-one meetings to prioritize both mental health and productivity. Additionally, I take the lead in product design, architecture, and code reviews to uphold the quality of the pod. Planning and building the roadmap for upcoming features, setting priorities, and coordinating between product, technical teams, and technical leadership are integral aspects of my role. I also oversee the planning and execution of SDK features, implementing design and architecture, and coding to bring planned features to fruition.
