Role
Responsible for Financial and Management Accounting, Accounts Finalization, Budgeting (Revenue & Capital), MIS, Statutory & Internal Audit, and Statutory Compliance.
Maintain Chart of accounts and cost centers.
Verify and approve supplier/sub-contractor payments (AP).
Supervise and maintain GL including fixed assets & depreciation.
Verify and approve Payroll, leave settlement, final settlements.
Maintain and update employee files & records.
Develop Budgets & financial projections.
Ensure timely collection from debtors (AR).

Assist Construction Manager in preparing Project operating budgets & cash flows.
Assist Trading Manager in preparation & financial analysis of quotes and enquiries, job costing, prepare purchase orders and arrange foreign remittances.
