I have joined this organization as the head of the finance & Legal function. Primary responsibility is to set up the team and scale the
e-commerce business line along with fund raising.
• Established and maintained balanced and accurate e-commerce budget to execute on initiatives with proper funding and
enrich customer experience.
• Incorporated e-commerce objectives in social media platform management.
• Constructed new payment systems for online orders to optimize website shopping and boost sales.
• Close the fundraising during the lock-down and successfully raised $57 million.

In the role of head of the function, I have done the complete transformation of the finance & legal function in Ninjacart which includes
setting up of functions like finance, budgeting, treasury and admin. Have spear headed decision making and setting up new policies.
Closed USD 167 million investment over the period of 3 years. Current finance team includes verticals like Finance & Accounts,
Business finance, Internal Audit, Payroll, Treasury and Procurement. Implemented SAPB1.

function from Canada to India and played key role in the Canadian acquisition. I was part of the two acquisition that was done during
my tenure in EKA.
