The project contains Reverse osmosis desalination Plant with a Production Capacity of 630, 000 m³ per day,
My job role is;
• To direct and lead project construction in accordance with contract conditions, Specification, schedules and budget limits.
• To manage project planning and scheduling.
• To construct network of work appropriate for the project and identify best series of events in correct order for project to finish on Time and on budget.
• To establish project strategy during implementation.
• To coordinate plans to team and internal/external parties, stakeholders involved.
• To Perform risk analysis, determine risk factors and evaluate effect on schedule and costs.
• To establish a dynamic work environment to heighten employee potential and productivity.
• To Monitor and control progress of project. budgeted costs, quality, timelines, standard in order to ensure that project
• Specifications and approved parameters are met.
• To Deal with project consultants, subcontractors, and other Client bodies to represent the company.
• Since the project are Joint venture form and as a Representative of my company my job add a responsibility to protect my company rights and represent my company on the JV and Protect its interest; by:
• A- extra controlling of financial issues, and cash flow between the parties.
• B-direct and manage and extra controlling for the Procurement .
• B- finding solutions in case of disagreement between the parties .
• C- negotiate a possible solutions to agree on the max Profit for my company without effecting the project.

My job role is;

Working as a construction manager in a railway station building with mosque, my responsibility is to manage the construction phase
With all its parts, work to meet the project specification, the project contain: steel structure, concrete structure (cast in place and Precast), finishing in very high standard, very special electro-mechanical services my duties includes:

3-controle the site in the concrete & steel work through checking the field work and make sure that it’s matching with the codes restrictions (ACI, LRFD, AASHTO).
4-control the cost and make costing for several tenders.
5-making and supervise shop and structural drawings.
6- manage the relation between the engineering department and the production to finalize the product in a proper way
as a requist for graduating from the university i get my training in al hamad company wich is responsiple to construct the jordan gate twers wich is the biggest project in jordan in that date
as a request for graduating from the university and as a part of a team we redesigned Emar towers which is concisest in Amman-Jordan and it was one of the biggest project in Jordan.
my GPA was 2.52/4 (good).
