Provide concept design and meet the client till the initial approval.
• prepare the full design and detail package till getting the official permit.
• Periodic meetings with the client, construction team, and consultant to ensure the design possibility and meet
MOMRA and SBC requirements & standards.
• Responsible to provide full coordination between all disciplines.

responsible to provide and review IFC & IFB drawing packages and project documents.
• meet with the project consultant (Hani Al Hassan Architect) and discuss the design concerns and get material
samples approvals.
• prepare shop drawings and 3D visuals, provide concept and detailed design for some parts like external yards
& shades and discuss it with AAUJ team till final approval.
• Provide project BOQ, and material requests.
• Responsible to provide full coordination between all disciplines.
• Attend walkthrough with client team till handover the project.

Meet with client and note all requirements, and provide concept design till primary approval.
• Prepare bidding drawings and documents and Provide 3D visuals.
• Prepare detailed design, and submit design package to get final approval from engineering council and
municipality.

• Meet with the construction team and provide notes / advices and directions.
