I has upgraded WW SCADA from 2012 R2 SP1 to 2014 R2 SP1 from SCRATCH for a Large & advanced MES Domain, which includes Application Servers, Historian, GR Node, 36 Clients (operator stations) Domain Controllers & 32 PLCs.
As Project Engineer of new product launches or expansion work, An active member of Capital Projects Team from Idea to implementation and finish goods. Complete Management from Design, Tender specifications, Quotations, Bid Tabulation, Time Scheduling, PR, PO, Material arrival, Execution, Shutdown planning, installation Commissioning and Finally Taking Over for commercial production..
Manage M&I of Processing & Filling sections including MES based Two Factories at Harad includes UHT Milk, Flavored Milk, Laban, Juice, Yogurt, Cheese processing plants and 29 + Filling & Packaging Machines such as Serac, Tetra Pak, Combi Block, Prasmatic, Gasti, Trepko, Schuy etc.
