Currently I am working with Pinax Steel Industries Ltd.Patna India my designation in this company is Production and Planning Engineers, my role in this company is indent of raw material planning, Production planning, manufacturing planning, inspection planning, despatch planning, all activities related to planning to despatch of material with communication of clients and our management.
Role- raw material indent planning,
production planning,
Manufacturing planning,
inspection planning,
dispatch planning,
how to recover LD (Liquidated damage) with proper delay analysis,
how to request for Delivery extension to the customer.
In this company my responsibility are-
Control Production managment,
checking quality of product time to time,
production planning,
despatch planning with customer,
supply chain management,
purchase handling, etc
During this job my responsibility are-
to established the production schedule,
to maintain manpower,
continuously checking the process of casting of material,
production planning,
manufacturing planning etc.
In Omkar gratings pvt.ltd., Lots of industrial products was manufactured eg.Gratings, Handrail, Cable tray, chequered plate, stairs threads, structural work, PEB works, Civil works, etc.
My role in this company to maintain Production report on a daily basis, to establish the communication with workers for smoothly Production increases day by day and to enhance the performance of worker as well as contractor.
(1) During our study I have done internship with Diesel Locomotive workshop varanasi india in which I have learned about how to assemble of diesel engine of locomotive and traction assembly,angular boring,electric engine of locomotive etc. (2) During our study we have made a hydraulic mobile car jack as a project in final year by the help of this hydraulic mobile car jack we can easily lift the heavy vehicle and movement from one place to another place easily when tyre suddenly punctured. In which major work done by us - Making hydraulic power pack with the help of centrifuge pump and hose pipe,simulator, hydraulic tank,hydraulic cylinder with bore,etc
