Lead and supervise the maintenance team handling all building mechanical systems including fire protection,
water, and plumbing systems.
Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM/CM) tasks are completed on time and in line
with KPIs and SLA requirements.
Prepare needed documentation and produce permits to work, ensuring approvals are obtained from relevant
authorities before execution.
Review technical reports, NCRs, and incident investigations; submit analysis and recommendations to
senior management.
Coordinate subcontractor activities, scheduling, and supervision to maintain safety and quality standards.
Monitor spare parts levels and support procurement planning to prevent downtime.
Prepare required documents for internal or external audit and ensure compliance with HSEQ and
company procedures.
Maintain duty rosters, ensure proper handover of work, and report any system faults to the Senior
Engineer or Manager.

Assist in the day-to-day operation of mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, HVAC units).
Monitor equipment performance parameters (temperature, pressure, flow).
Ensure systems run within safe and efficient limits.
Support scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
Help in breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs.

HVAC Works
All Type of Ducting, air distribution system & insulation, diffusers/Grill Positioning, AHU, FCU and Exhaust fan,
Chillers and Chilled water Pumps.
Preparation of Heat Load calculation as per ASHRAE & ISHRAE.
Equipments selection, ESP calculation for AHU / FCU, Pump Head Calculations for chilled water pumps.
Design and sizing for Ducts, Pipes, accessories, fixtures etc.
Preparation of shop drawings, SLDs & As built drawings.
Quantity take off for Ducting, Piping & all related accessories of HVAC services.
Coordination of all HVAC services with Client and consultant.
Attend Site visit for getting Estimation details.
Estimation of project accordingly.
Preparation of Bill of Quantity as per the client requirements etc.

Supervised installation and execution of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) as per approved
drawings and project specifications.
Coordinated with civil teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper integration of MEP services.
Monitored HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works to ensure quality standards and timely completion.
Conducted inspections and testing of MEP systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory
requirements.
Reviewed shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals before execution.
