•Prepare Budgets & Projections together with Finance Manager.
• Forcasting of Sales Volumes with co-ordination with GM Sales.

•Check all used car Repair costs, Warranty Costs, Insurance invoices and other invoices from suppliers for units dept.

•Check advertisement reimbursement claims sent by marketing dept to TMC Japan.
•Checking the work of all users incase of any new deployment / system releases. Documenting and reporting of all bugs related to systems or any new releases.
•Debtors management which overlooks the submission of all invoices for collection to department on time to ensure no delays in collections
•Follow up with the customs officer appointed in Group Sales to ensure no delays in collecting our monies and prompt submission of Customs Claims Bayans.
•Simulation Analysis for TMC /TMCA Price Meetings
•Implementation of Internal / External Audit Recommendations by discussing report of findings and agree on the course of actions to be taken.
•Responding to both external and internal auditors queries by explaining the reasons of variances in all areas viz; sales, gm %, expenses etc..
•Check the C & F against the TVO sent by our principals (TMC) and also checking if the subsidy given is as per the agreed terms.
•Prepare Costing of units (Retail, Special order and tender units).
•Pricing of used cars and accessories.
•Checking vehicle orders, specs .
•Monitor the shipment schedule for MNSS and coordinating with shipping agency with regard to ETA.
•Follow up with shipping agencies for any damaged vehicles during shipment. Blocking the damaged vehicles for sales.
•Conduct year end stock, half yearly and perpetual take for vehicles and accessories.
•Prepare gross margin and other reports to the management.
•Preparing sale and margin trends of all the models.
