PRODUCT PORTFOLIO: BAKERY MANUFACTURING (BRITANNIA BREAD, QSRBUN VARIANTS- KFC, BURGER KING; WOW MOMO ETC.)
• Coordinating for new project implementation with different vendors for site improvement based on plant requirements.
• Responsible for vendor assessment of bulk materials (Whole wheat flour, Refined wheat flour, Sugar, Palmolein oil etc). Proper review the supplier related requirements based on specifications requirements.
• BOM implementation based on recipe requirements and followed up by specifications and process parameter requirements for individual products.
• Continuous improvement of the site related to Preventive maintenance, Quality Function, Production planning. Coordination with external vendors for material management in house.
• New product development, Recipe planning, Dimension of the products, KLD design for the pouch and equipment requirement planning according to the products. Launched new products like Pizza (Regular and Atta); Lacha Bun etc.
• Implementing a food safety and productivity culture by giving Tool box talk and QA alert for the site.
• Coordinating with contractual worker for manpower in operation facility.
• Conducting meeting with all stakeholders based on Daily key operation parameters, quality parameters, key challenges for the site improvement.
• Coordinating with pest control team for effective Pest control management by identifying the gaps in process and infrastructure, Regular pest treatment.
• Conducting training sessions related to HACCP Awareness, GMP protocols, Product Quality improvement, Equipment Efficiency related.
• Preparation of HACCP plan, document preparation for the site. Annual review of Hazard control (HACCP) plan, PRP/OPRP/CCP, Food defense and food threat assessment (VACCP & TACCP). Pest controls half yearly and yearly performance review.
• Responsible as site FSTL, FSSAI coordinator, BIL and Other QSR-KFC, Burger King coordinator from Material procurement to FG dispatch.

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO: RESTAURANT CHAIN (DOMINOS, DUNKIN DONUTS, POPEYES ETC)
• Coordinating with executive, senior executive to conduct internal audits on time for Dominos based on risk assessment.
• Reporting to regional quality manager regarding Top issues, Covid related, Follow up related to closure decision with operation team.
• Conducting audits for the store with in defined frequency.
• Conducting training for food safety and quality for area coaches and operational managers.
• Coordinating with quality supervisors to investigate consumer and customer complaints based on root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Conducting pest control meeting along PCI team and resolving the internal issues.

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO: RESTAURANT CHAIN (KFC, HARDEES, TGI FRIDAY, KK)
• Coordinating with CKE and YUM group to maintain quality, food safety and environmental related aspect for central region. Also involved auditing for core manufacturing and distribution points of Dammam region.
• Implementing Food safety culture based on BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 standards; HACCP Study.
• Responsible for auditing different restaurant chain based on ROCC and CKE standard.
• Coordinating with different suppliers for new product standardization and conducting risk assessment for new product based on sensory, brand standard, food safety standard and local standard.
• Conducting training for food safety and quality for area coaches and operational managers.
• Vendor assessment based on requirements of individual brand standards.

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO: BEVERAGE PRODUCTS
• Liaise with External FSSC, AIBI, ISO auditors during external audits and coordinate with stake holders for necessary corrective actions for Beverage division. Conducting Internal BRC, FSSC 22000, AIBI and ISO (9001/14001/22000) audits to achieve better external audit results for overall improvement.
• FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 22000:2018 system up gradation in a strategic way for effective implementation in Beverage division.
• Annual review of Hazard control (HACCP) plan, PRP/OPRP/CCP, Food defense and food threat assessment (VACCP & TACCP). Pest control half yearly and yearly performance review.
• Managing departmental KPI and Conducting Management review meeting with all stakeholders.
• EtQ module handling (Document control, Non-conformance, Corrective actions, Site Modification, Change Management, Planned Deviation, Audit management etc.)
• Train and develop all staff on the relevant QMS, FSMS and EMS areas to ensure full compliance. Awareness and training session of the staff regarding Environment management system and legal requirements such as PME, SASO.
• Responsible for vendor audits, supplier management program through auditing and inspections.
• SWOT analysis for Quality, Food safety and Environment related aspect.
• Documentation and implementation of environmental aspect and impact assessment; Emergency response plan; Waste management plan.
• Managing a team of quality controllers and executives to ensure divisional KPI are being achieved.
• Responsible for quality system along with quality assurance for Beverage division.
• Support and develop the quality culture within the Beverage division to increase employee awareness, and their contribution to achieving the set quality objectives.
• Coordinating with product development teamto validate new product quality and proper hazard analysis & risk assessment conducted prior to the trial.
• Review, maintain and further develop processes and procedures to ensure conformity to existing/achieved international systems/standards and thus optimize performance and achieve prescribed business objectives.
• Involved in lean project for cost optimization of CIP chemicals and water usage.
