Responsible for all the HR, Recruitment, Personnel & Admin issues.
1.Recruitment and Transfer Process
2.Timely providing solution on issues such as Grievance Solving, salaries, Employee welfare activities, passport, Leave application, settlement, labour card, Insurance Card etc.
3.To co-ordinate with the vendors & Monitor, communication, suggest improvement plans & implementation of the facilities in canteen in office & co-ordinate for recreational facilities arrangement & maintenance etc.
4.Co-ordinate for conducting the welfare activities at the group level such as Monthly birthday celebration, Picnics, Annual Events, Sports Activities, best Room Awards, Celebration of festivals & any special events etc.

7.Complete the Probation Review Process for the employees
8.Employee Exit Process
•Undertake the exit process from date of Resignation/ Termination/ ATL/ Long Leave to final settlement.
9.Administration - Maintain Business MIS and update personnel records for staff/ Workers (paper and electronic)
•Keep filing up to date
10.Others - Involve in all activities with related to business such as Man Power projection, Planning, Updating the Org chart, Succession planning, time & cost allocation of employees, Promotion, Salary increments, Issuing warning letters, Band & Grade letters, leave, etc
•Undertake special tasks and assist the Asst. Manager HR & AGM - HR with research, other special projects & Issues
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for entire recruitment cycle for the Junior / Middle and top level positions.
• Establish and maintain relation with various clients.
• Screening candidates as per the requirements, conducting not only the HR rounds but also the Basic technical round with the help of Internet services.
• Short listing candidates, coordinating with clients and candidates up to final selection of candidates.
• Perform a role of Business developer and initiator towards lead generation and new client sign-up.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Established vendor base and fulfilled client’s technical (contract and permanent) positions.
• Sourced active and passive candidates utilizing numerous Internet search engines, job boards (Dice, Monster, User Groups, etc.), referrals and networking.
• Extensive experience in full life cycle recruiting methodology including but not limited to sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, networking, pre-closing, reference and background checking, salary or contract negotiations, closing, extending offers and post closing techniques.
• Business development and service of new accounts with Fortune 1000 and local companies in the Technical/Internet, Financial, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Health/Medical sector.
• Job Portals: Extensively used Job Portals and other sourcing tools.
• Sourcing Channels: Creation of new online Sourcing channels and avenues.
• Internal Database: Development and Maintenance of internal Database of ranked resumes.
• Business Intelligence: Provided Business Intelligence and Internet research for the BD team.
Assignments Completed:
• Datalive: Part of a five member team in creating an Internal Database of resumes of top professionals in the country across domains/Sectors.
• Sourcer: Created alternate avenues for reaching potential candidates through a number of blows, online networking groups and other innovative ideas for Sourcing.

MSW ( Masters in Human resource development)
Bachelors degree in human resource management
