Managing the cleaning operation of the entire fleet.
Responsible for pre-planning and issuing of (housekeeping) special requests and placing onboard before guests arrive.
Responsible for managing cleaners and detailers.
Managing the total inventory of Housekeeping, F&B service and galley items.
Thoroughly checking vessels on all stages of cleaning to maintain consistency and quality control.
Ensuring cleaners are following the VOYAGE cleaning policy precisely.
Performing frequent checks on all vessel appointments and inventory.
Signing off on completed work before cleaning staff leave each day.
Identifying extra cleaning, or detailing work needed on site or on vessels.
Setting extra cleaning and detailing tasks on ASANA software.
Managing cleaner’s schedule and updating cleaners of changes.
Managing the laundry room and laundry staff.
Managing marina cleaning staff and setting daily and extra cleaning tasks.
Inspecting marina bathroom cleanliness and stock levels of soap and paper, etc.
Inspecting operations facility and signing off on work.
Responsible to order, receive and maintain a tidy and orderly stock room with the following stock items:
a. Welcome pack supplies
b. Cleaning products and supplies (including specialized)
c. Crew kits
d. First Aid Kit supplies
e. Special request items
Keeping accurate stock count in stock room.
Checking and replenishing cleaner’s kits daily.
Managing welcome pack preparation and issueing to cleaners.
Requesting inventory replacement items from store manager and issueing vessel inventory to cleaners.
Liaising and authorizing replacement items with store manager on discontinued inventory items.
Preforming quarterly laundry stock count.
Planning, scheduling and managing housekeeping hurricane preparation and pre-season preparation.
• Maintain cleaning check list & record.
• Detailed cleaning including carpets and windows, surfaces & antiques.
• Follow the cleaning routine.
• Laundry and ironing including linens, wardrobe and delicate items.
• Household inventory management.
• Running basic errands.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment at all times.
• Special care of furnishings, delicate surfaces, high-end household appliances.
• Hand-washing and special care of fine linens and delicate clothing.
• Assisting in the preparation for functions / receptions & special occasions.
• Prepare and keep the rooms as per specified standards.
• Report to the principal.
• Managing the daily activities of the entire mall to include appropriate cleaning of all retail outlets, offices, seating areas, washrooms and all public spaces.
• Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
• Briefing & Supervising the housekeeping staff on a daily basis.
• Monitoring Attendance and Grooming of staff.
• Purchasing, re-ordering and maintaining housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Recruiting, scheduling and training all new housekeeping staff members.
• Maintaining the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses.
• Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
• Ensuring the proper maintenance of all equipment; making arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
• Monitoring the entire cleaning operation of Guest areas and back of the house.
• Monitoring Attendance and Grooming of staff.
• Maintaining and updating Stock.
• Updating Team regarding new Assignments.
• Maintaining and monitoring the cleaning of GOLD LEAF.
• Training housekeepers regarding the bed making, set-up in the cabins, public areas.
• Ensuring task is being carried out as per standard.
• Monitoring Cabin Inspections of crew cabins.
• Maintaining the Owner’s Jacuzzi.
• Issuing Uniforms to all Staff/Crew members.
• Maintaining inventory of uniforms.
• Monitoring the smooth operation of laundry.
• Monitoring the entire cleaning of the Cruise ship.
• To receive Guest’s feedback on a daily basis and implementing accordingly.
• Training Cabin stewards, pool attendants, housekeeping stewards, linen valets.
• Monitoring Attendance and Grooming of staff.
• Briefing Cabin stewards, Linen valets and Housekeeping stewards.
• Maintaining and updating Stock.
• Updating Team regarding new Assignments.
• Maintaining the ph value of water in pools and Jacuzzis.
• Maintaining the chlorine value of water in pools and Jacuzzis.
• Taking care of the embarkation and disembarkation luggages.
• Monitoring prompt Room service to desired Cabins.
• Updating regarding the level of Sanitization required.
• Ensuring task is being carried out as per standard.
• Monitoring cleaning of the public area (restaurants, lobby, theatre, etc.)
• Maintaining Inventory control sheet, etc.
• Monitoring Cabin cleaning in the Cruise ship.

• Training Cabin stewards and Assistant Cabin stewards.

• Selling wines and liqueurs to Guests.
