As a Product Specialist, I specialize in ENT solutions and work closely with ENT surgeons and clinical
teams to support them with advanced medical technologies. The product lines I handle include
OTOPRONT workstations and camera systems, INOMED nerve monitoring systems, KARL STORZ
instruments and endoscopic imaging systems, BRAINLAB navigation systems, DEKA laser, and CARL
ZEISS surgical microscopes. Whether its in the OR, clinic, or during training sessions, I help ensure our
partners get the most out of their equipment to deliver the best possible care

Worked as a general biomedical service engineer at Hadi Hospital, my job was to Maintain and repair a
variety of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, conducting regular preventive
maintenance and troubleshooting, managing equipment inventory, including procurement of new devices
and necessary supplies, preparing detailed documentation and compliance check sheets for new
equipment.

The engineering Experience I had a month long work experience at Alder Hey Childrens Hospital in Liverpool, I spent some time in the biomedical department, we ran safety checks every using electricity safety analyzer, I also worked with the radiology department which allowed me to observe the mechanism of the ultrasound (Siemens Acuson X700), lastly I spent some time at the innovation hub where I had the opportunity to learn the basics of 3D printing.

I had a month-long training at the Advanced Technology Company in Kuwait, I worked on imaging devices such as ultrasound (Vivid T8, Logic F6) and MRI.
