 Administers the Contract and the Contractor personnel and ensure that all pertaining services are carried out in line with the Contract.
 Analyzes the annual requirement for all the departments and make provision for additional vehicles by the source of variation to contract.
 Prepares scope of services, BOQ, etc. for vehicle contracts sponsored by the Section for submission to CND for tendering formalities & participate in technical evaluation process.
 Make arrangement for various types of transport facilities and equipment to cater the needs of each department.
 Controls overall activities of Office services, Facilities and Transport Services to all QP Departments in Doha.
 Analyzes the total requirements for all the departments and make provision for each section as necessary.
 Follow up All Maintenance for The AC, Elec., and Furniture, etc Offices & Building.
My name is Awad Hamid Khalifa. I have graduated from the faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Moscow University of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with a B.SC degree. From 1980 up to 1999, I have worked in different places in Sudan. Starting with a workshop engineer in Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation of Sudan. As a workshop engineer, I took the responsibility of all corrective and preventive maintenance of heavy and light machineries and equipment. I have also had 10 years of expertise in agricultural machineries, cars, and agriculture equipment maintenance from different job titles in different agriculture and irrigation corporations. For a duration of 9 years, I have also worked as a testing engineer for all type of agriculture machineries and produced cars to Sudan. The job required only testing of the validity of agriculture machineries and cars for usability in different conditions in Sudan such as weather, soil, and suitable exploitation. I then proceeded from a testing engineering gradually up to an Assistant Manager of Testing Equipment and Machinery in the Department of Engineering of Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation of Sudan. Later on, I was assigned as a Manager of the Main Workshop of Ministry of Agriculture to hold all the fleets of Ministry of Agriculture related to the exploitations and maintenance.
In 2000, I have moved to Qatar. I have worked for Qatar Petroleum in General Services Department as a Transport Supervisor until 2003. I have handled all the different types of fleets along with the responsibilities of corrective and preventive maintenance and running operations of it. From 2003 to 2006, I was promoted to be the Head of Offices Facilities and Transportations. After, I was assigned to handle all the responsibilities of transport contracts and fleets running operations. In May 2015, I was assigned to work for Gulf Panel as Facility and Contracts Engineer.
