Responsibilities:
• Yearly budgeting/AOP for Recruitment & Employee Relations Department.
• Manpower planning and succession planning
• Taking initiatives for employee engagement and two way communication
• Responsible for the implementation of Performance management programs and recommending the action plan to fill the skill gap. Investigate the factors that are adversely affecting the performance, morale and productivity of the employees
• Handling HR Audit & medical insurance and its annual renewal
• Working with Line Managers to control and reduce employee turnover
• Implementation of recognition plans on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Managing employee relations functions, including implementation of policies, disciplinary of misdemeanors pertaining to credit policy, Fleet violations, integrity matters, accommodation rules and regulations and processing of resignations, terminations and grievances all in line with UAE Labor Law
• To inform and guide employees on the rules and regulations and procedures that need to be followed to ensure their compliance

• Ensure that all SAP records are accurate and updated properly
• Formulating and updating Employee Handbook and Guidebook.

Recruitment:
• Maintaining staff head count of the organization by recruiting, selecting and hiring employees from local market and overseas
• Managing the full recruitment cycle of DRC with total head count of 1, 050 employees with a yearly staff turnover of 13%
• Review and approve the placement of job postings in newspapers and online job portals
• Maintaining healthy relationship with multiple recruitment agencies
• Arranging overseas recruitment trip through agencies
• Saved AED 200, 000+ from recruitment budget in year 2016 through efficient sourcing and introduction of internal referencing for blue collar hiring
• Successfully conducted 5 recruitment open days (closed 90% of vacant positions)


Training & Development:
• Conducting training needs analysis with the help of line managers and arranging in house trainings and coaching programs to fulfil the skills requirements.
• Arranging external training and coaching programs for
• Conducting In-house trainings across the board.
• Responsible for conducting TNA for Shj & NE offices
• Part of the team conducting yearly PDRs & Appraisals with line managers.

Accomplishments
• Earned prestigious “Employee of the Year” award.
• Successfully conducted the investigation of DRC’s largest scam involving manipulation of several hundred thousands of Dhs where employees were using Fuel Cards for cash instead of using it to fuel up the cars.
