▪ Responsible for the complete research lifecycle of Informa Markets' healthcare marketplace
launch, including conceptualization and stakeholder alignment, selection of relevant
quantiative and qualitativeresearch methodologies including surveys, customer interviews,
competitive analysis, data analysis and synthesis, documentation of findings, and
presentation of results and recommendations.
▪ Led a cross-functional team from a research perspective, collaborating with product
managers, designers, and developers. Ensured the seamless integration of research insights

▪ Managing IdealRatings' key global accounts, including Thomson Reuters, London Stock
Exchange, and Bloomberg, to consistently deliver quarterly research deliverables.

▪ Took charge of updating IdealRatings' business research methodology to align with the
dynamic changes in markets and industries. Actively led and supervised my research team of

▪ Directed and reviewed the efforts of a team of 3 researchers in initiating and leading ad-hoc
market research studies. Topics spanned the investment industry, covering SPACs,
cryptocurrency, the payment processing sector, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL). This

research reports.
