Recruitment and Hiring:
Manage competitive recruitment & selection process including vacancy announcement, screening and interviews .
Ensure that all recruitment of staff is in line with Company’s policy of equal opportunity.
Identifies hiring need, develops the position description, Recruitment Plan, organizational chart and other recruitment related documents. o Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Develop recruitment work flow process by creating sufficient recruitment database. o Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters positions like (Software .Net, Sharepoint, Web, SAP, Project Manager, Presales, , sales account manager, UI UX -graphic designer, accountant, Officer Risk Management, Front End UI Developer, Java Technical Lead, Java Developer, Andriod Developer and blue collar and more than another positions).
Payroll & Personnel:-
Update data on payroll system by registering newly hired & resigned employees.
Calculate and process the monthly overtime payments.
Coordinate with our social insurance & labor low facility & Responsible for all employees’ social insurances registration forms which include for 1 and 6 as well.
Process social insurance of all employees and maintains good relations with external bodies such as the Labor Office and Social Insurance Office ensuring the company’s full compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
Responsible for filing and collecting any missing documents in the employees’ files.
Arranging the employees files and re-new of the contracts.
Filing an employee file that includes detailed information for each one; educational history, current job title and salary information.
Carry out Policies and procedures relating to all phases of Human Resources activities for our organization.
Responsible for the documentation of leaves, attendance records and employees' legal papers.
Responsible for recording vacations all employees and sending balance vacations to all employees.
Assist each department organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.
Responsible for opening bank accounts for new employees & Involve in preparing HR documents that refereed by employees i.e.; Experience letters, Visa letters, Syndicates letters and etc…
Manage all administration works also responsible for admin team.
Responsible for preparing all events
Responsible for:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Assist in monitoring employee performance management process.
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide
assistance.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assist in developing job descriptions.
Support other functions as assigned
Organizing regular administrative meetings.
Organize social events, daily and monthly employees’ activities s, and staying
within budget.
Any other task assigned by the CEO related to HR & Admin work
