Position
MEP, Sanitary Department Manager.

 Project: domestic and drainage installation for 1040 Flats at 13 Vertical multi story (10 levels) Buildings, With all infrastructure works and water treatment plant at the Biggest Project At University of Mosul -Iraq, the project as well has Mall, school, Post office, Health centre, kindergarten, laundry, and Masjid ( Mosque).

Duties :

 Sanitary Superintendent and Testing Plumbing work, managing contractors, QA, QC, HSE
 Assistant Buyer - materials specifications and procurement (RFQs), materials control (estimation, take off, warehousing, etc.)
 physical inspection of all pipes installed, ensure that all implementations are completed in accordance with approved designs, international codes, standards and Company's procedures.
 Management of contractors, work progress, invoicing, hand over, ..etc.

 input to Company progress reporting systems as required.
