-Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect premiums on it's due to ensure that policy is still Valid (in-forced).
-Responsible for taking appointments from customer to be collected on date .
-Responsible for monitoring collector, to make sure that premium has been paid and recorded.
-Responsible for monitoring other collectors over governorates .
-Reviewing collectors records to check any missing premiums.
-Managing client communications to provide a high quality of customer service.
-Handling enquires via incoming calls, general administrative tasks, updating customer accounts and dealing with correspondence
-A professional understanding of what makes first-class customer service
-assists customers and provide the necessary information to resolve their problems
-Graduated from Faculty of commerce -English Section at Cairo University.
