• Managing communicates with internal and external stakeholders; supervision, drafting and implementation of the Ministry’s communication plan.
• Ensuring that messages are communicated to those concerned internally and externally.
• Follows interactions related to the Ministry in various media and social media sites to ensure that correct responses and messages are sent on time.
• Follow up with all Ministries and Governmental Authorities which deal with Ministry of Planning direct to ensure that they deliver the needed information and data.

• Assists in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies, and plans, which align with government laws, regulations, and standards.
• Manage the Marketing team.
• Preparation of the annual plan and the estimated budget and follow-up of its implementation after its adoption in coordination with the various departments concerned.
• Monitors published news of the University in the media and social media, studies it in coordination with the relevant departments of the University and reports to the direct manager after the analysis.
• Receives updates from the various departments to ensure that they are delivered to other departments according to university policies and on time.
• Follow up with all departments which deal with students direct to ensure that they deliver messages correctly and according to university policies.
• Writing and oversees the content for all materials presented through media and communications channels.

• Directs an organization's policies and objectives involving local, state, and federal government affairs.
• Maintains and nurtures the relationships with government, associated authorities and all committees legislatively represents and protects organization interests.

Media and Events:
• Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
• Writing the ministry press releases for local and national media.
• Organizing, setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every Minister’s event.
• Representing the ministry on occasions & events.
Social Media:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to include social media platforms (Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram and YouTube).
• Creating and adapting content for each specific network. This includes positioning content in under 140
characters for Twitter, creating images and graphics to accompany Facebook and Twitter posts, taking
and curating photos and videos for visual platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
• Measure and report on social media channels and content, continually track and improve performance,
audience growth and content engagement.
Administration:
• Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Preparing the work-flow reports and submitting it to the Director of the Minister’s office.
Maintain harmonious relationship with key persons in the Ministries / Local Municipal departments /
Administrative Offices for the smooth processing of various types of approval.
• Ensure renewal and upkeep of civil defense and statutory certifications, obtain commercial Licenses for
opening new stores and oversee issue and renewal of all the company vehicle registration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve specific issues with local administration and authorities.
• Develop and implement a communication program to keep corporate management informed on
governmental issues affecting Al Nasser at all levels.
Checking passports, prepare excel sheets, controlling seamen and most of the crew on the ship.
• Examine records and interview workers to ensure recording of transactions and compliance with laws
and regulations.
• Manage crew in the control room of the ship.
• Organize passengers with the ability to handle problems and solving them.
