- Collect, compile and analyze Saudi market trends, Target Investment Countries' dynamics and intelligence about relevant companies for assigned Sector to ensure the provision of accurate and timely information for decision making

- Analyze Investors' proposals from a commercial and technical perspective and propose a list of qualified Investors in line with Stakeholders’ interests

- Coordinate the development of investment cases in cooperation with Stakeholders and related Investors for approved opportunities ensuring these include: a description, success factors, key players, internal supply chain, challenges, applicable Saudi rules and regulations, financial analysis, incentives and/or subsidies, CAPEX and technical input from relevant experts, as required

- Investigate and validate identified new investment opportunities or expansions of existing investments, in collaboration with Aftercare, providing the required support to convert the generated lead into a closed deal

- Successfully managed the bidding process for the Polyethylene Wax contract for for different production plants to achieve additional $1 million in net profits and worked with the customer to develop the first wax downstream processing plant in KSA.

- Responsible for the day-to-day business activities and assisting in optimizing bottom-line at the assigned territories and minimizing cost through sponsoring Value Team Meetings.

- Developing operational five-year Business Plan, including the target EBITDA, supply level per grade, material allocation per territory, and monthly target prices.

- Monitored sales performance to ensure implementation of the monthly price policy, realization of the monthly allocation, follow up on production performance and market dynamics.

- Performed special assignment outside key focus areas including product development, business cases, promotion, minimizing working capital, reduction of production and supply chain costs.

- Closely collaborate with numerous groups such as sales and marketing as well as external vendors to ensure appropriate level of communication, coordination and collaboration to get the work done according to assigned deadlines. These include implementing trial runs of new product launches to support introduction phase-in of new products in the market.

- Provide the support for the SAP APO implementation phase to Asia team in innovative plastics products

- Create a feasible and balanced forecast plan based on the consolidated demand of the regions in coordination with demand planner, taking into consideration all supply capacities and strategic constraints as well as production cycle/policies.

- Lead the calculations of target inventory levels for each location and material based on applicable replenishment lead times and service levels; ensure accuracy of inventory data at a detailed level in order to optimize inventory levels within the supply chain.

- Oversee five staff and provide support in monitoring global stock transfer orders for warehouse replenishment and shipped-to-forecast deliveries.

- Develop, monitor, track and report on project level work estimates, work breakdown structures and the consolidated work plan for initiatives that involve multiple related projects or work streams.

- Track and report on key milestones/deliverables status and manage variances; prepare weekly status reports for assigned work streams and other communications or presentations as needed.

-Regularly checked the daily production rate and advised any shutdown to place the orders to another date or affiliate; updated Supply and Inventory Planner to reflect changes.

- Monitored production and plan accuracy for the assigned affiliates, and compare against quota.

- Evaluated affiliates daily operations and correct/align/propose corrective action if required.

- Handled and resolved non-technical customer’s complaints to avoid future re-occurrence.

-Monitored and controlled the inventory for the affiliates including ageing inventory; communicate effectively with the affiliate for advance orders if needed.

-Monitored the daily ATP (Available to Promise) to ensure there was no old purchase orders.
