•We use ACONEX document management system for all Project correspondence & document submissions. I am responsible to establish a complete document control system based on hard & soft copies filing & plan the day today work of document control department. Define & implement document control procedures. Reports for Weekly & Monthly Meetings & follow-up submissions / approvals with the client. Heading a team of 6 persons in my department
•Provide best practice advice to clients and project participants for Document Management in Hard & Soft copy management

•Responsible for the policy, procedures, and assurance processes required to close out the Bechtel involvement with the NDIA project. During this phase of work, managing the interfaces of 31 major contractors, ensuring that the documentation was received on schedule, in the correct formats (hard and soft copy) and loaded to the correct database(s) owned by the client.
•The provision of a temporary Document Management system was required for the first few months, during which time, a Documental database was developed and rolled out to the team.
•All data was handled electronically to and from all contractors and vendors, with hard copy retention and filing of selected key documents, including procedures & development of work-flows and the distribution matrices covering approx 30 contractors
•The Document Control system In use is INFOWORKS based upon Documentum, providing the sites with up to date information by the use of electronic data transfers of electronic documents in various formats ranging from scanned majority of the Design Files.
