Designing & development of relay logic and PLC based control system.

Inspect and recheck earth pit and power capacitor results.

Preparation of capex and maintenance budget.

Prepare feasibility reports of new projects and calculate ROI.

Prepare daily power system and genset diesel consumption reports.

Prepare audit reports according to ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards.

Plan and execute project of installation and commissioning of VFD on pumps and compressors.

Plan and execute project of installation of 2000 KVA transformer, 11 KV HT and LT panel.

Plan and execute project of converting plant lights from fluorescent to LED.

Plan and execute project of installation and commissioning 500 KVA on grid solar system.

Coordinate with vendors and after technical discussion take quotations.

Evaluates quotations and drawings to assure compliance with specifications.

Generate reports from SAP for monitoring and control.

Attend schedule and unscheduled meetings.

Maintain coordination and discipline among supervisors and workers.

Conduct theoretical lectures and labs of Programmable Logic Controller, Digital & Industrial Electronics, Electronic Devices & Circuits and Microprocessor.
