Develop and maintain key account relationships i.e Architects, PMC, Contractors and end Clients,

Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics and timely discussion with the management about future plans, hurdles and initiative
Preparation of Project Enquiry Form from the Architectural drawings and send to HO,
Coordination with Estimation, Finance and Customer Service Department for the preparation of offerbased on estimate sheets,
Single point of contact between customer and company and to ensure that CRM is followed, Approval of drawings, payment collection and site coordination for smooth completion of project,
Site conflict resolution and ensure that Customer receives the services in proper way,
Periodic site meetings with architect, contractor, project management team to achieve milestones
Business development for PEB in Pune region; volume wise and revenue wise,
Negotiation and Finalization of offers, Approval of drawings, payments follow up, LC issues, shipment co-ordinations,
Develop and maintain interpersonal relationship with key decision makers,
Targeting potential Architects/Consultants/Clients for relationship building with them for repeated orders and business growth prospects.
Develop sales strategy, sales planning, customer acquisition plan, identify key opportunities in PEB &Steel Buildings domain Source, manage and implement new business opportunities and maximize realization of the opportunities generated
Ensure monthly /quarterly Order Intake by for actively participating in techno-commercial discussions &contract negotiations meetings with decision makers
Handled a team of 11 technicians for the Mechanical maintenance in Cogeneration Power Plant,
Planning, scheduling and implementing Preventive Maintenance, planning the inventory management forsmooth running of plant,
Coordination with electrical & operation team to carry out PM, BM and OLM,
Review the Preventive, predictive maintenance, equipment efficiency, benchmarking & condition monitoring of equipment, preparation and updation of History book of equipment,
Outage planning spares planning, maintenance of the rotating machines & pressure parts. Lead the team in maintaining Mechanical Equipment (Boiler, Turbine, Heat Exchanger, Pumps, etc.)
Impart and ensure thorough knowledge of Safety practices, safety tagging system, first aid and fire-fighting systems among maintenance persons.
