• Conduct training needs assessments, prepare training plans, and oversee their implementation while organizing, coordinating, and evaluating training sessions.
• Assist in creating training programs, materials, and workshops while organizing and coordinating sessions to ensure smooth execution.
• Track employee learning progress, maintain L&D documentation, analyze feedback, conduct training evaluations, and manage logistics such as venue arrangements, scheduling, and invitations.
• Support employee inquiries, coordinate with vendors and external trainers, and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Manage the KPI setting, mid-year review, and annual review processes in SAP to ensure performance evaluations are conducted effectively.
• Prepare and oversee semi-annual and annual reports on the Performance Management System (PMS) to track employee development and organizational goals.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance within SAP for performance management process
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Monitoring, reviewing and updating HR policies, identifying development needs
• Conducting internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
• Assisting with processing employee grievances and overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work
• Handling the disciplinary cases in line with company policy and labor code within the assigned malls.
• Act as a single point of contact for employees of assigned malls.
• Process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval.
• Conduct exit interviews of resigned employees of assigned malls and analyze data to enhance retention strategies.
• Oversee EVP (Employer Value Proposition) initiatives and university collaboration projects to attract top talent.
• Coordinate medical examinations for employees as required.
• Serve as the PRE communication contact person for related inquiries.
• Handle the migration process and necessary documentation for expat employees.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
