First daily works, Prepare the orders with following steps: Open new BPA (blanket purchase agreement) to add the items with prices. Check the SFDA status of the items, check available stock. Open release to add the needed QTY. Send the PO to supplier. Follow up with supplier to receive the order acknowledgement. Then check the emails and answer the query. Second monthly works, Update master item file with the sales of the month, the stock, the outstanding order. Update the inventory projection. Compare our outstanding with the open order from the supplier. Check the back order/ backlog of three month ahead. Check and minimize the dead stock.
