 Procurement Dep. Founder.
 Logistics Dep. Co-Founder.
 Establishes and maintain purchasing system to ensure honest, fair, legally correct and ethical relationships with all suppliers. The purchasing system includes procurement Strategies, policies, manuals, workflows, & authorization matrix for BCI branches in Palestine, Jordan, and Dubai.
 Plans, directs, and manages the central procurement activities at BCI Palestine.
 Lead & Track procurement team in all phases, and measure the performance.
 Set, Develop, & supervise the implementation of procurement Dep’s. Requisitions, within the agreed annual work plan.
 Approves bid proposals and specifications, composes requests and presents recommendations on purchases requiring management approval.
 Evaluates overall revisions, price and past performance of each contract and approves price increases.
 Build, develop, & manage relationships with key suppliers, and assist in building effective partnerships.
 Lead the cost reduction policies & activities.

Responsibilities:
 Act as a Procurement arm for sister companies ICT requirements; i.e. conduct the full sales/procurement cycle starting from pricing, to logistics:
• Receive the material requests from Sister Companies.
• Coordinate with the related technical engineer to finalize low level design.

• Project Management: management of projects, ensuring safe implementation of plans, milestones, phases and designs.
