The role of the Technical Department in an Operating Division is to provide a practical and cost-effective technical service. This will encompass site evaluation, architectural and engineering design, and the investigations of any technical problems encountered and provision of economic and viable solutions. This may involve liaison with, coordination appointment of and coordination of external professionals.
The technical department is involved with the Redraw product from inception to completion.
Also providing the necessary support to the site time in all issues related to the design

To Manage the team of Architects and draftsmen involved in production line of the project, ensuring the efficiency and quality of the product, and coordinating with other disciplines for any technical requirements must be provided, having an internal brief from the Management Team regarding the under-process jobs, to be negotiated with and submitted to the authorities.

• Preparing shop drawings
• Preparing technical details
• Following up the draftsmen to ensure the productivity
• Proposing the necessary details to solve site issues
• Preparing daily reports to the technical manager
• Preparing technical packages for submissions (consultant& authorities)
• Supporting the technical manager in Preparing the material submittal
• Review the drawings from the subcontractors and prepare the civil & architectural drawings according to MEP coordinated drawings
• The site walks with the consultant for the general check-up

Preparing concept design for Buildings & villas
Meet requesters to identify the project requirements
Ensure the design intent matches the final products
Preparing 2D & 3D Presentations of projects
Prepare the shop drawings packages for authority submittals
Preparing project external and internal views by 3Dsmax / v-ray
