Successful Implementation of Integrated Pest Management operations at various
Mega Projects including (MAF Carrefour: Markets & Hypermarkets in all UAE,
Al Shaya Group in UAE, Meraas Holding, EMIRATES GROUP, Kuwait Food

➢ Managing the work of the team of technicians, team leaders, inspectors,
supervisors and operators, to organize the workload of the team, ensuring an

➢ Supervise pest control technical teams by guiding them to perform professional,
comprehensive pest control services for clients mainly the general pest control, anti-
termite, and fumigation.
➢ guide the technical/operations teams how to do the inspection to solve the issue by
identifying the infested areas and determine treatment types required to eliminate and
prevent recurrence of infestation.
➢ hold meetings with site offices mainly including commercial/ industrial clients
before starting pest control services, to understand details like exact location

Inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage to property, wall and
roof porosity, and access to infested locations.
➢ Study preliminary reports and diagrams of infested area and determine treatment type
required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.
➢ Carry out service schedules to ensure proper pesticide dilution and storage, proper disposal of
empties, proper usage and maintenance of PPE.

manufacturers in different European and middle east countries.
➢ Completion of the deal with the suppliers and finalize the prize and quantity for the cargo.
➢ Receiving the samples of the imported materials before submitting the whole quantity, so we
can take it to the ministry of environment to do the required test and take the approval to
process with the importing the shipment.
➢ Doing the necessary transactions in the government to get the certificates and related
approvals to let the freight enter the country through the port.
➢ Providing all the details to the salesmen for any new imported substances (registration
certificate, MSDS, labels and analytical test results from the ministry).
