I am currently working for the Pathfinder institute which has a residential school as well as 20 coaching centres across India. My role is to look after the centres, teacher allotment to various centres, planning out lectures for each class, setting syllabus for various exams. I would also analyze student performance in class and in exams and counsel them accordingly
I taught Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology. Later I was promoted to being an Academic Coordinator
My role was to create Business Intelligence Tools with the help of SQL server for purchasing and menu development. It also involved creation of various reports both general and customized based on client requirement. I have worked with Eclipse Software and used Jasper Reports as the framework. The firm trained me in various segments of their business in Process Automation. I did a project on “level” transmitters creating a compact system of a level measurement unit. This internship also gave me a vivid knowledge of their instrumentation products and a basic knowledge about this vast industry
