I joined V3 Middle East in position of Project Manager to manage Design and Construction stages of Radisson Blue Hotel in Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC) as a fast track project.
* Radisson Blu Hotel is 8 stories high Building with a total built-up area of 27, 000 m2 and initial budget of 65 million USD.

Responsibilities:
 Preparation of the Project Management Plan.
 Preparation of the Milestone Schedule for the entire Project and updating the same in a monthly basis.
 Preparation of the Project Cash Flow and Cost Plan showing the Potential Change Orders and identifying the Budget at Completion accordingly.
 Preparation of the Project Value Engineering Assessment.
 Take responsibility for the Risk assessment and advising the required mitigation actions.
 Management of the Packages Tenders, Issue the Request for Proposals to the bidders and negotiate their proposals up to awarding action.
 Preparation of the contracts for the awarded bidders.
 Responsible for the set up and functioning of the Project Control System for the entire Project.
 Monitor Consultants and Contractors work progress and identifying issues of concern and advising the Corrective actions accordingly.
 Implementation of the Quality and Safety Plans for the construction activities on site.
 Review the Consultants and Contractors Claims and negotiate the same prior raising recommendation to the client.
 Preparation of the monthly report for the entire project to the client.
 Attend the meetings with the client board and deliver the required presentations.

*I joined Parsons in position of Project Control Manager in the project of Dammam North Housing Project.
*The Dammam North Housing project is an Infrastructure project owned by the MoH and is being managed by Parsons. The area to be developed is 3, 934, 234 square meter with budget of 200 million USD as ongoing activities.
The ongoing project phase is to construct the infrastructure of 1500 km utilities networks to deliver more than 4, 000 plots as villas and other buildings in addition to the public services and landscapes.

Responsibilities:
 Acting as Deputy Project Manager to replace the Project Manager during his absence.
 Attend periodic meetings with the Minister of Housing, Minister Secretary and high level managements meetings.
 Participate in preparation of the Project Management Plan.
 Take responsibility for the Risk assessment and advising the required mitigation actions.
 Responsible for the set up and functioning of the Project Control System for the entire Project.

Furthermore, the development includes medical tower (12 Floors) on King Khalid road across the university medical complex with budget of 600 million USD with Zero Profit.

Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the set up and functioning of the Project Control System for the entire Project.
 Preparation of the Master and Detailed Schedules for the entire Project and updating of the same on a weekly basis.
 Preparation and submission of the weekly and monthly reports for the entire project.
 Take responsibility for the Risk assessment and advising the required mitigation actions.
 Identifying the critical issues and areas of concern.
 Review of weekly schedule updates prior to the progress meeting and identifying issues of concern regarding the progress of work including the engineering and procurement and advising the Engineers and the Sites Managers accordingly.
 Attend weekly meetings with the client and review schedule updates.
 Review Claims pertaining to the EOT and negotiate the same with the Subcontractors.

 Preparation the Master Schedule for the entire Project which includes 30 parcels with 60 towers excluded the pilot towers.
