7.Census field operation (Assigning of each individual's role & responsibility ensure an effective management of the census team)

8.Census enumeration (Ensure that the whole process is done correctly; apply quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of field work at all time. Constantly monitor field work expenses and costs remain within budget parameters and giving technical support for all staff)
