ACTEL Communication, Egypt
Egypt’s one of the leading subcontractor company with total strength of 300 employees (manpower was around 100 when I joined), having many clients such as Ericson Huawei, Orange and Etisalat in Egypt, in addition to managing multiple branches at Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Sudan and Sierra Leone.
Key Functions:
1- Leading the organization’s HR departments, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department.
2- Supervising the implementation of the company's internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow in compliance to the Egyptian Labor Law, and follow up its updating.
3- Review, validate and implement the benefits program to guarantee the levels equalization.
4- Implement the Performance Appraisal Management System across the organization.
Key Accomplishment:
1- Creating an automated recruitment system and Talent Assessment & Acquisition program
2- Creating a fair systematic appraisal system based on certain KPIs and behavioristic approach
