Responsible for writing and building SQL queries for business and operational reports for decision making teams using Teradata and Oracle.
Implementing campaign target selection criteria and performance analysis reports.

ERP Development on JD Edwards Enterprise One for the organization.
Responsible for Administration and development of Unicenter Service Desk system.
Managed generation of Reports, using Crystal Reports 2008 or through SQL queries.
Consultation and guidance for an inventory control system (iRent).
